Nearly a decade ago when I was starting out in London and was job hunting, I reached out to Janos for some advice. I didn't know him very well, but still, he was encouraging and supportive. He forwarded my CV to his bosses and even got me some interviews. I didn't get the job in the end but I recall how positive and endlessly supportive he was, saying something better will come along. I'm so sorry to hear he has left us so early. RIP Janos, the world definitely needed more people like you around. You are with angels now.
